I made it back to work yesterday and it was wonderful! My kids remembered me and we had a great day. It felt really good to get back to doing something I enjoy and not feel like a patient. I am not working today, but will be back tomorrow. I wanted to start slow just to make sure I was not rushing things. If all goes well, I will be back Tuesday - Friday.
Thanks to all of you who have let me know that you have either seen a dermatologist or have made an appointment for a screening and the ways you are being safe in the sun. I am so happy to hear about the steps you are taking to protect yourself and your family.

I am so sorry that you are battling this disease as well. However, you have a great spirit! Keep up the fight!!!
I was just wondering if you would be able to help me adjust my diet? My problem: I need to gain weight for the TIL treatment yet, I need to eat healthy because of the tumor. It's a double edge sword.
Any help or advice would greatly be appreciated.
